Get Unstuck. Build Momentum. Move Forward.
I help people gain momentum in six-week coaching cycles by breaking life and work challenges into small, doable steps.
Check any that apply:
Life has knocked the wind out of you (family, health, work, caregiving)
You know what you want to do but can’t seem to move forward
You’ve lost confidence, energy, or a sense of direction
This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a capacity and clarity problem.
I work in six-week coaching cycles, called ‘Growth Sprints.”
In each cycle, we:
Clarify where you want to go
Clarify what’s actually getting in the way
Identify what matters most right now (not someday)
Break work and life tasks into small, manageable actions
Fit those actions realistically into your week
Build momentum, one step at a time
The goal of six weeks is tangible progress. We build from there.
Six weeks is long enough to:
Identify patterns
Test what works in real life
Feel the wheels starting to turn
It’s short enough that:
Nothing feels overwhelming
There is no failure
Progress feels possible
Many clients choose to continue for multiple cycles, not because they’re dependent, but because each cycle builds on the last.
Client Stories
Client 1
One client came to me depleted by a prolonged crisis. She was working to restart her career and felt close to giving up.
We worked through multiple six-week cycles. The focus was never “doing more.” It was breaking down tasks into small enough pieces to be doable, to see real wins and to build momentum.
Over the course of a year, she launched her business.
In her words:
“Connie’s six-week coaching format was a true game changer for me. I came in focused on three specific goals, but what really shifted everything was an unexpected breakthrough around financial literacy—something I hadn’t even realized I needed to work on. That insight highlighted concrete changes I needed to make, and once I implemented them, I was able to approach my other goals with a completely different perspective. I’m still using those shifts today. Working with Connie was supportive, focused, and helped me make changes that actually stuck.”
Client 2:
Another client realized that there were 3 things in her life that she wanted to make progress on. One was physical fitness - but what came out of the sessions was very unexpected.
“Meeting with Connie has been an incredibly valuable experience for me, both professionally and personally. On the practical side, she brought clarity and focus to what I was trying to accomplish. She helped me see my work through the eyes of others, identify the unique value I can offer, and set goals that are not only achievable but genuinely meaningful to me. I also benefited greatly from her real-world experience in building a successful business as a sole proprietor, which grounded our conversations in a level of practicality I truly appreciated.
On the mental and psychological side, Connie was an external source of energy, especially at times when my own motivation was running low. She offered a perspective that was constructive, realistic, and objective. While I’ve struggled with a fear of failure and moments of feeling like an imposter, she helped me see the strengths and capabilities I already possessed. Her support challenged me in the best ways and gave me the confidence to move forward with purpose.”
